What qualifies me as a Holy Spirit led Women’s life Coach?
In my book “In the Belly of Hell” I Darlene Larocque, recount my early life experiences of abuse in many forms, as well as the extreme abuse cycles and patterns I have encountered in my later life.
Through my intimate relationships with immediate and extended family members, as well as non-family members, I have gained profound knowledge and wisdom from the holy scriptures as I’ve walked with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This has been complemented by my educational pursuits in obtaining my Bachelors in Christian Family and Marriage Counseling, Women’s Life Coaching certificate through HisCoach, Trauma Healing Practitioner Certification and a Mental Health Certification through Light University. I also am a Domestic Violence Counselor within a Women and Children’s Shelter providing crisis intervention and supports. This has allowed me to offer outstanding support to those who have suffered abusive relationships.
From my past experiences in abusive relationships several key lessons have emerged. One of the most significant is the importance of forgiveness. In my book I talk about learning how to forgive God for situations that was never His doing. Secondly learning to forgive myself, allowing GOD to help me receive the healing virtue required to walk in wholeness and lastly learning to forgive others for their trespasses against me. This has allowed me to release others from their wrong doing and not hold unto their sins.
I would like to note that in my book I provide practical cognitive counseling that offers several valuable takeaways to incorporate into one's lifelong journey towards emotional healing. I will teach you who you are in Christ and help you discover your identity in Him as a child of God, giving you the tools to overcome low self esteem and low self worth, helping you rebuild your GOD confidence.
Isaiah 61:3 speaks of exchanging beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning and a garment of praise for a spirit of despair. For those who have been abused these words bring a ray of hope in the darkness and suffering. God will bring beauty to you in your journey of healing reclaiming your worth and dignity. God did it for me and my hearts desire is to see every woman come into the freedom that Jesus Christ has provided us. He has a plan and purpose for your life. I am the proud Mother of three adult children and six adorable grandchildren. I also am an ordained minister under the covering of Fathers House in Grantsville, Maryland. I reside in Ontario, Canada yet travel extensively throughout the United States and to other Nations preaching the transforming message of Jesus Christ.
